I assumed you were referring to your Supra. Sorry. I'll look into the coating though. It sounds worth it. I noticed the difference immediately after switching setups. The heat wrap doesn't seem to be doing a whole lot of anything.

Did you guys do ceramic coating/painting yourself? Or is that something that has to be done by a shop or somewhere else? My turbos are going to have to come off for a bit for rebuild and I was thinking about taking care of a few other things with my setup while I have it off the car.

Well... are you touching the metal near or under your wrap or the wrap itself? The wrap material isn't going to feel searing hot like the metal is. I wouldn't attempt to touch any bare metals under the hood after a stint of flogging on the car, except for maybe everything after the cold side...
