I've got a TurboDiesel F250 with 33" MT's. Been out in 20" of snow for the past 3 days and it's taken everything I can throw at it, mostly in 2wd. Sorry no pics of it in action.

Nope your issues shouldnt be due to an engine rebuild, not one done properly at least.
Go over your IC pipes as said before, or anything you might have taken off/rebuilt during the process.

No there's almost an 1/8th inch of dust all around the lip and spokes, They look dirty after a day or two, but people ask why my front wheels are charcoal and don't match the rears after a week or two. And I only drive about 100 miles a week.

They dust, Alot. I've got white wheels and they're gray in 2 weeks. They also squeek during light braking. But they do stop very well.
