shock sensors are standard. proxes are a sensor I don't recomend. They are prone to falsing caused by movement outside the car. As an upgrade I would recomend audio glass breakage sensors or ultra sonic " air pressure " sensors. Pricing on these goes between 60-80 depending on model.

All that and remember the stock sytem doesn't trigger until a door is opened . I don't need to be in the car to disarm the factory system. all it takes is a large flat screwdriver and about 5lbs of force.
