i saw a supra on here from a owner in england or uk that had a V8 in it. it was the most beautiful in stall i have seen yet. he must have had all the hp he wanted and then some.hell,if someone had a kit that would allow me to throw in a stout chevy in there,i would but it.set up right,it would...
for something that has utterly no function,i say remove it! it just looks like crap
something a kid would put on his car to make it look more "hot wheelish"
I think they are pretty much the same, supports here and bolts there. i had my 87 N/A bumper off and added a Bomex piece, then i had the one off of my 91. its just a matter of remembering where all the dam bolts go with the metal supports.
I actually like the wide fenders.Gives it that"coke bottle" look, and makes it different than other MKIII. Which is pretty much what were trying to do to our MKIII's anyways.
Are there any disatvantages to leaving on the stock oil filter piece,or to take it off completely? Does it work off of temp. or something? Just curious
If the car does not run right,it obviously has not been maintained right. If you bought it this way,you should have looked around more.If you let it GET this way, wassamatta with you? These things don't work right unless you take proper care of them
When you get inside, turn the key to the "start" position, and the "check eng" light will blink in code to tell you wassup. I don't quite remember the code information, but i'm sure it's on this forum somewhere.
I re located mine to where the stock passenger side tow hook was.
The filter mount will be big enough to use a Motorcraft FL1A filter(or fram or Toyota )
and provide about an extra quart of oil which is muy bueno for turbo's
