Having an electric fan replacing the stocker to improve hp is a constantly on-going argument. personally i have an elc fan from summit with a perma-cool thermo switch. if you plan on running just a switch to it,be sure to have it go through a relay,or you'll burn up the switch!!

how about a replacement down pipe,turbo elbow,cams,adjustable cam gears,plug wires,NOS dry system,and yes,get the hg replaced with new head bolts before any hot upgrades or your motor will go ka-blooie

What type of performance upgrades are available for the auto tranny in a 1991 7MGTE? I want to eventually swap out for the 5 speed,but I still need to get a list of parts needed,aside from the obvious.But I still have to contend with the auto.

6.5 kick ass you can sometimes find the speaker pods on e-bay they will allow 6.5 to be installed with no problem. You have to trim them a little bit,but its worth it.

i guess it depends on if the filter is washable like the K$N. if the adaptor fits on the afm correctly,then why not? you would have to be sure that the mating surfaces line up,so there wont be any funky turbulance.

yeah,better check the play on the shaft of your turbo. of course check the oil,see if its clean or burnt,check the upper ic pipes going to the throttlr body and check for excessive oil

well,if he likes the wing fine,but ADDING a wing to wing is just ridiculous. front body kits that vents to no where,rear bumpers that have diffusers for what,nothing...i just prefer things that have a function AND look cool
