Take it from someone that's tried it, it makes the grind WORSE, the only oil that helps it anymore than a non-additive gear lube is MT-90.

Correct, as the Supra never came with the 7M-GE over there, they were all GTE's
I don't see that he confirmed it to be that way on the GTE ECU... You definately won't make more power though...

My setup is FAR better than that output wise...(and half the price...) That's simply a sealed beam for a low beam and some random fog light for a high beam. It's worse performance than a good hella housing and H4 bulb. Looks is the only thing going for it.
Even losing that much weight, the brakes are sorely lacking for aggressive driving (I'd know, my front rotors are blued from the abuse). MKIV is lighter and still runs much larger brakes...
