That resistance only checks the temp sensor in the AFM, not the main part of the meter.

    What are good brakes

Argueing over semantics is idiotic. The e-brake/parking brake is on it's own system specificly because of it's use as an emergency brake. All cars are required to have them for just that reason. If you do this for a living you should know that. Mine will lock up my rear wheels just fine...

    What are good brakes

Yes, and they also call the bypass valve an "Auxiliary Air Valve" Try reading, it helps: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emergency_brake

    What are good brakes

Arguing for the sake of arguing is idiotic. They're the same thing. Even if you wanted to argue that it's a parking brake, you're be wrong since it's a separate system specifically for use if your brakes fail.

    What are good brakes

Depends on what you're planning on doing. If you decide to upgrade to the ARZ setup, they come with new brakelines. Also, if you're on a low budget, stock style lines are very cheap.

    removing egr

EGR functions exactly the same on both cars, so yes it's going to have an issue on either ECU. It's like the UK members swearing by their strut tower bars. A thousand screaming idiots can't be wrong, right?

    What are good brakes

Also, if you're going to drift, do not use the e-brake. The e-brake shoes are thin and expensive.

    removing egr

I doesn't throw a code, it just blows headgaskets. Yes, it's a single resister that swaps between EGR or non-EGR operation (even for USDM ECU's). Do the resister mod and be done with it, or compromise your tune. Our lowest grade is 91-92 RON, also keep in mind that that octane is NOT...

    removing egr

High octane here is 93, like I said, it's no better (unless you're speaking of california where they have shit gasoline) I'm telling you, it's either tuned for EGR or not. If it's not tuned for the EGR, it would cause issues if the EGR was there. There are 20 different part numbers for ECU's...

    removing egr

-Your fuel is no better, you grade it differently. It's like saying 2.54 centimeters is more than 1 inch... -ECU is tuned for EGR or not. Period. Doesn't matter if it's a USDM ECU or not, it's going to have the same advanced timing and lack of fuel because it's expecting the EGR to be there...

    What are good brakes

Yes, that's 10K miles on my car. That's enough time for a crack to form and hav the rotor fail completely... Also, the service manual is for stock components. It's the same crap as heim joints on a road car, it's idiotic and adding a failure point.

    What are good brakes

Sorry, but a street car is not a race car, and doesn't get the constant care and inspection as a race car. It's a bad idea to run a component that need to be checked constantly for signs of failure, ESPECIALLY one that your life depends on...

    What are good brakes

All vented rotors go from the inside out.

    What are good brakes

No, they don't. The only thing they can do it allow anything caught between the pad and rotor an escape. They won't increase pad wear.

    What are good brakes

Slotted rotors do not scrape the pads :3d_frown:
