If you want to keep the radiator you have, get it checked to make sure it's not clogged in some passages, they tend to do that over the years. Try to keep the Toyota red coolant in the car if you can, and of course the fan shroud and undertray need to be in place.
You've done that much to your car and don't know how much HP you're making? You seriously need to get the car tuned this time when you fix the HG again. What is this? The 4th BHG? I'd say you need to be shopping around for a new head at the least, probably block also...
Bouncing is a good sign that it's on it's way out if you don't lube that bitch up, they don't like it dry ;). Do what ^ he said.

You can get a rebuilt CT upgraded to the 57 trim for a little under $700.00 at MDC in the vendor's section. To the post speaking of a 62-1 in a CT, that will shit out on you in no time, they are not reliable and are a waste of money when compared to how long they will last. I personally would...
Great job John, I really wasn't expecting you do get it done in one sitting and come here and post updates about it ;). Get ready for some turbo withdraws...
No power washing EVER. Oil in the center of the cam covers is a good sign that the valve cover gaskets need to be replaced, no biggie there. Oil in the IC piping is normal, thank the +15 year old PCV system for that, goes the same for the accordian hose. Do basic maintenace first before any...
