yeah, 3m makes some kind of tape that does the same thing.. used mainley for bmw's, mercedies and so forth.. just to cover the chrome up. There are a few videos on youtube that show how to put it on also.

well, i think you have the wrong idea, If you have the stock ct 26 12lbs.. If you have an after market turbo, you can turn it as high as you wan't (AS LONG AS you have safe and sound air fuel mixture) but by the time you start making real power other things go out like clutch, Rings, etc.
