    1JZ oil smoke question

Valve guide seals smoke on first startup, if there is none then they can be eliminated. You can see there is oil in the turbine housing right. And there is none in the exh manifolds before the turbo (<guessing). History says these turbos smoke. So that only leaves one thing. <this guy is in...

What is the battery voltage with the light on? The brake light, and the taillight failure light are always on with the battery light. So chase down the charging issue first. Sam it sounds like you are the one to plan this out, since its going to be in your neck of the woods. I am pretty busy...

    Newly Swapped 1JZ Shakes...

You are correct. If you do have a misfire, one of the cylinders, while unplugged, will not make the car run any worse. While a healthy cyl will make the car run noticeably worse, while unplugged.

R154 Transmission ceased on input shaft

You need to remove the clutch fork, or unbolt the pressure plate. Its different than most clutch setups. Its called a pull style clutch. And a drive-shaft is the part that comes out of the transmission, to the diff. Thats probably why no one responded. As this is a common issue.

I lost my overflow bottle somewhere between the swap and the move, so I put a new one in. I was pleased it came with a new line, and just barely fits above the intercooler.

1JZ wont turn over. Something seems seriously wrong.

Definitely sounds hydro locked. With the initial lock up, then the push start, i call you lucky if there aren't any bent rods. Best of luck friend. Bu the way, do you have an intake that sucks from the bumper, or from the engine bay?

    Newly Swapped 1JZ Shakes...

First step in diagnosing a misfire, is to determine what cyl is missing. I suggest pulling injector connectors (especially since its cake in a 1JZ) Then id switch 2 coil packs, and see if the miss follows.
