    Timing belt broke

Yeah, should have underlined that, follow the TSRM to the letter, especially the idler pulley torque spec. If you pull the lower timing gear off (as you might have to replace it if the guides have fallen off), you're disturbing the front main seal and it definately has to be replaced.

Top Gear Episode Idea... Best EVER Japanese GT Cars from pre-2000

Smaller motor. Compare the 1JZ with the RB and it's a closer match.

    Weapon R Cold Air Intake

Well, it is a true cold air intake, so gains would be better, though who knows how good the filtration is.

Top Gear Episode Idea... Best EVER Japanese GT Cars from pre-2000

Turbo-A was the fastest production car in Japan....for all of 6 months when then R32 came out. The JZA70 had the same power as the R32.

    Rear Suspension

Not a big issue really. Never seen a broken plastic one, but I have seen ripped off tabs from the metal ones...

Overheating Problems Continue - I'm out of ideas.

Sounds like a pinhole leak somewhere, and/or bad radiator cap.

    1100whp $30K 1JZ

Don't think it's a MKII. Top strut mounts are wrong, windshield wiper arms are wrong, wiper motor is wrong... Maybe a cressida?

    Coilover Suggestions

Stance, K Sport, BC... Tons of options at that price range. Though after riding on Tein's, I think I'm in love

    Downpipe upgrade

Not as good since the HKS downpipe shrinks at the flex section

    R154 Clutch Issues

Keep in mind I'm going off memory here, but here's a terrible Paint drawing. Also, if the fork is falling out, it's probably missing the retaining spring (31234A in the pic)

Do I need a oil cooler?

Oil directly cools the reciprocating parts (pistons, rods, etc), so longevity wise, you definately want one.

Post Your Home Depot Lip Thread

Yep, back when there weren't any options, home depot lip was the only real option for pre-89's. That's changed since then ;)

    Weapon R Cold Air Intake

No competition = costs whatever they want to charge and quality is whatever :) Need to get someone else making one, but doubt it will happen... (like to see one with an AEM bypass filter on it if it's going to mount that low)

    Tough revving problem.

I have no idea what would happen if you disconnected both the AFM and the TPS, but it's worth a try.
