Yeah, should have underlined that, follow the TSRM to the letter, especially the idler pulley torque spec.
If you pull the lower timing gear off (as you might have to replace it if the guides have fallen off), you're disturbing the front main seal and it definately has to be replaced.
Keep in mind I'm going off memory here, but here's a terrible Paint drawing.
Also, if the fork is falling out, it's probably missing the retaining spring (31234A in the pic)
No competition = costs whatever they want to charge and quality is whatever :)
Need to get someone else making one, but doubt it will happen... (like to see one with an AEM bypass filter on it if it's going to mount that low)
