Ok, is there anyway you can push the car around and try push starting in a different direction? If it was a simple, "I set the car alarm off, now car won't start" then the key trick would work. Sounds like your problem may be elsewhere...

Like I said, If you have 5K saved up for a supra, that's more than enough to make it reliable once more. Once again, that 5K should be spent ONLY on parts to get the car back up to stock performance/reliability.
Yep, try that. Close the door, lock it with the key, unlock, then start. If that doesn't work. lock the doors using the lock button on the inside, close them, then unlock again with the key. My old, original supra key ALWAYS sets off the alarm, I had a new key made for the car when I bought it...
