idles too fast? that might not be the culprit. in my experience,a bad ISC will make the rpm's drop to about 750. have you looked up the prob in the TRSM Derp,normal idle is around 650

i have a kenwood excelon,and love it,comes with its own software so you can make custom music files,and holds a grip of songs on a cd. add a music keg,and you have enough room on its 20g transportable hard drive to hold up to 1200 songs

if i was closer i'd help,take care of the other issue's first.you have to pay strict attention when putting one of these back together,they don't forgive.

you might want to check all the electrical connections around where that thing shredded. i had a belt go,and it ripped up a few elc. connections on the water neck.
