depending on the condition of the fluid,i did the anal retentive thing and remove the tank,sensor and float. cleaned the hell out of them and replaced. just make sure everything is working okay,and you should be fine.

be sure to change ALL the fluid! I get to replace my tranny because of contaminated fluid!!! replace the filter and the pan gasket as far a fluid,im sure someone will chime in on that
