I'm in the process of hardwiring in my turbo timer. Yes, thats right, no harness...call me a cheap ass whatever...lol More just impatient. But, apparently I didn't tap into a Constant 12v, because when I take the key out the timer shuts off...lol So, where on the ignition bundle of wires...

With random things laying arround not connected, it would be hard to trouble shoot. Go through and make sure everything is properly connected first. Then we could start trouble shooting...and, look up your codes! Is That Saint Petersburg Russia or Florida?
