For what its worth, i finally found a picture of the drain holes i was talking about. Although this is a 2jz i still think the 7m has the same thing. See the hole just behind where the seal goes, that need to be clear to evacuate oil from the area of the seal.

If I remember correctly there is a oil drain near the bottom of the seal (in the head). They sometimes get plugged, and make a good seal leak like hell. Especially if FIPG was used. Someone correct me if i am wrong, but I think the 7m is setup that way.

Its a 2jz, what are you worried about? Id be more interested in sludge buildup under the cam covers. Thats a sure fire way to find if the motor was taken care of, as far as maintenance goes. And the guy that told you he did a compression test while cranking the engine by hand, is a asshat. I...

I think he meant to go into the pictures and put numbers by the connectors. So we can identify them as connector 1, 2 etc.

Hope that helps some, connectors are hard for me to remember of the top pf my head.

Why did you start a new thread for the same issue? You never answered any of the questions there, and still have a bad battery, with major parasitic draw. Nothing has changed.
