Not bad, did someone give up on the swap all together, or was it running and just down for a turbo swap? Surely you got it for cheap. Anyone else have the salt trucks out? I saw some in madison the other day. Supras tucked away for the winter. I already cant wait for spring.

Rear Stock CT12A missing bolt, leaking oil?

Car looks great, its a great feeling to complete a swap. You know what, i must not have been thinking straight, that pipe above where you are seeing the oil is not even a pressurized pipe. Not sure what i was thinking. Oil tends to travel down, so the source has to be above there somewhere...

Rear Stock CT12A missing bolt, leaking oil?

Nah, nothing goes in that bolt hole. I dont know if you can zoom in on this photo like I can, but there is no bolt there. The oil leak looks like it has to be oil leaking out of the charge pipe. which would mean there is a boost leak there also, and oil in the charge pipe. That is puzzling...

Help with dash lights? Brake, Rear lights and battery light

Its pretty obvious what your issue is. But it seems you need to prove it to yourself. So try this test with terminal F, while it is acting up. That should lead you down the right path. http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TSRM/MK3/manual.aspx?S=CH&P=5

Help with dash lights? Brake, Rear lights and battery light

What is the battery voltage with the lights flickering.? It doesn't help to test the alt over and over again, unless you can duplicate the issue while testing.

There is nothing wrong with the engine consuming some washer fluid. Especially if it was just sucking it through the small washer line. Your engine is fine.

    Power Antenna

Wrong. The mast and cable are one piece, if they are not, its broken. The cable is not attached to the motor at all, its just fed in. This is what the cable and mast look like, again its one piece.

    1jz Diverter/Blow off valve question

Yes that is the line you would use to signal whatever BOV you use. You need to follow that line around the back of the head (it goes all the way around the head to the side of the intake mani), it must be disconnected somewhere. You should have vacuum at idle. Also, you BOV does not have to...

    Project Clean 87

Hi I am in the process of getting this turbo on my 1j. I was just wondering where you were able to find replacement housings for these turbos. The one i picked up has the .88 open t4 (like the one pictured, I think) but id like to run a devided housing. Did you switch the housings? Where can you...

    Power Antenna

You need to get the remaining pieces of the mast and cable out. Then feed in the new one. I dont know of any other place to get them other than the dealership. But if just the cable and mast (its one piece) its pretty cheap. Thats actually one of the first things I fixed when I bought the car.
