Remove the bracket and move the ABS lines to give the rear turbo some room.
Otherwise you may end up busting one of those lines when the engine torques...
It is very easy to take out the gauge cluster. Just take out the top plastic part. Then there is some screws holding the cluster to the dash. You will see them easy. Take the screws out. Unplug the connectors from the back of the dash and pull the cluster.
