Cams has zero to with single or twin turbos.
As far as headers/manifolds. The manifolds you are finding are for single turbo conversions.
The most common TT setup I know for the 2J is the HKS GT2835 kit.
Something tells me you will not be happy with a MKIV. You would be in the same modding boat as an MK3.
350Z and G35 are just too slow. Don't think you would really be satisfied with either of those. I beat one last night while being down on power with a boost and exhaust leak.

I do not see how that would work. If the turbos were blown, it should have been smoking before the install as well. The ypipe would not change that.
The stock ypipe is not that restrictive that it would stop smoke from blown turbo seals from being seen.
I have never heard of turbos...
When you say it smokes from one turbo, what do you mean? I assume you do not mean out the exhaust since I am not sure how you would be able to tell that only one turbo is smoking.
You say it only smokes when it is completely warmed up and you raise the RPM(rev the car?).

Mine are not preceeded by any audible noise.
