Just when you are at a stop? Hmmm i am with him on the pilot or throwout bearing
But if you are driving and every time you press the clutch it make the flutter then it sounds like its time to replace the bov ..... the fluttering in that case is compressor surge search on youtube for a video
The leak will be post(after) AFM and pre(before) the turbo :)
Fuel cut is good thing leave sooooo leave it. But you can raise fuel cut a good bit I run 14-15psi with a holy accordian hose :) ....... sure u can use a fcd, maft, maft-pro, map ecu, safc, or any other tuning device to scale...
When I said redline ...... Redline is the point in which the motor will not rev any higher because its either limited by the ecu or the crank simply cant spin any faster and I know of a few 7m that are revved to 7200+rmps but dont think its wise to do it on stock ct26 powered 7m. These engine...
I shift around 5500 or so and by that time my boost has fallen off a good bit but if i had a bigger turbo and supporting mods i would go to the dyno and try to get an understand of the power curve and base my shift points off of that.
Other than that you are just guessing and no two cars...
Yea i was being funny I would not want to take a stab at the rust bucket master :) ..... I was putting down either 270 or 280rwhp and over 300rwtq for over 2 years on my old w58 that I used when my red 89 NA was totaled. So I am with you 100% but I believe if my w58 was not so close and it could...
Ummm shaeff your are joking right. I grave like who's gradma? My entire family drives like a bunch of idiots. But to answer your question i did say clutch parts (didn’t i?) and not tranny parts. Which I think the clutch assembly is made up of a disk, pressure, flywheel, pilot bearing...
UUUUUUUUUHHHHHHHHHH :umno: ....... If he using a w58 stock disk and he is boosting on that shit well I have a few words THAT SHIT WONT LAST. Ask me how i know ...... Upgrade that fuker. I have some upgraded clutch parts that will allow you to use to w58 very close if not past its threshold of 400tq
Yea he is right ..... But the clutch disk are interchangeable for the w58 and r154. It’s the pressure plate and flywheel that is different. If you do have a w58 tranny I have a 6 puck clutch disk and a heavy duty pressure plate that was grabbing and holding very well at 14-15psi and it...
y upgrade up the IC and leave the stock pipes ....... if anything you should do pipes first since it has been proven that the stock ic can do its job just fine at the higher 300 to 400rwhp range.
I can just see tires going a lot faster than the car unless ..... no traction from 1st to somewhere in the mid and/or end of 3rd..... well unless it equipped with nice street and track drag radials
