I use a place called Gilberts. They are located in Lancaster (45 min east of Harrisburg)Not sure they can do what you need but it couldn't hurt to call and find out. 717-394-0604 They where the only machine shop in Lancaster Co. that would touch my head when I needed it rebuilt and balanced...

Over the last 16 years I've bought at least 12 complete set (all 4 tires)from the Tire Rack. I haven't had an issue or a bad experence yet. They are increadebly knowledgable and do all their own testing.
