You should have about an inch of free play, I think on my set up I have about 2 inches. Sounds like you need to adjust yours a bit, one turn on the adjuster will make a about 1/4 in more free play. Jeremy

I had a MAP sensor go bad over night, swapped in a spare and was all good. It did the same thing right as it was coming into boost it would cut out.

I have mine moved under the headlight and above the IC pipe. Nice and clean that way you do not see any wire in the engine bay. I have not had any problems with water but I did wrap it in a thick plastic bag just in case. Jeremy
