Could you take a close up pic of what the VR sensor looks like?
I just helped a buddy mount an Electromotive 60-2 wheel and magnetic sensor on a mazda block and was curious how similar the sensors are to see if I can use a similar bracket.
Havent had a chance to get to a junkyard to get...
wrenches and some precision.
Or attach a piece of wire to each terminal of something like a 12v battery charger (power + ground) and put them directly into the correct contacts of the chair harness. Find the one that translates it horizontally.
Or you can get a bolt extracting kit.
The one I have, depending on the diameter of the bolt, there are sized drill bits and slighlty larger knurled rod sections. You drill into the stuck threaded rod with the drill bit 1/8 to 1/4" deep. Then you insert the correct size rod into the hole (may...
Those are hefty bolts...You must have some serious rust back there if you sheared off all four...

If the rotor was not designed originally with these holes in mind, then chances are the stress in those area is not safe and will indeed fail in those areas. Especially if the holes are close together and or near the edges of the...
Yea, that'll work just fine................................................
...................or not. Don't do that, you will never get the fitting out.
There is hardly any weight difference between the targas and hartops....Not worth it in that aspect.
Hardtops do look better though (unless the car is black, stupid seals sticking out)
and IF you were actually going to go through with this idea, I would just get someone to TIG the targa in...
