i only thought about taking them out cuz i know it's dirty as sin inside there and that certainly can't be helping airflow any.... any ideas how to clean it without taking them out??....would a grease strip chemical harm the aluminum?? john

you guys pull the harness out of the engine bay?? so the only part of it connected to the "car" is where it goes thru the firewall to connect to the ECU?? thanks for the heads up i would have disconnected it all....this will make cleaning the engine bay easier....but i will still probably...

i took off my upper intake mani today to clean it off and polish it and began cleaning out the EGR runner, as it is of course dirty as hell!! so i notice[as i have before and i'm sure several of us have] that the mani has three "freeze plugs" on it[one on each end and one at the end of the EGR...

well then let me ask you this doc, is it worth purchasing an acufab model or should i just clean mine up and use it?? john

okay so if one were to purchase one of these...greddy ffim to make it work for me i would have to buy a 2JZ lower intake mani and cut it in half and weld that to my 7M lower half of a lower intake mani and then add my own Q45 TB.... right?? for 72 bux and whatever for a lower intake mani it...
