i had this problem and rebuild my turbo....still had the problem....it was my rings :( also i went thru two(2) O2 sensors thanks to it, so if you fix it make sure you know what it is ;) to answer your question removing a turbo is not that difficult but do your self a favor and buy a SS oil...
