Yep quarter trim has to come out. There are a hand full of screws to take it out, under rear speaker grill, behind the plastic cover where the rear back rests clips into, look around you will find them.

Are you talking about the lip? If so check the F/S section, suprasport, suprastore, horsepowerfreaks, eCrap, google are just a few places to check.
Is he bouncing of the rev limiter, or smashing into the track? It looks like the shifter is going to pop out, and it sounded like front end was ripped off 10 times. lol.

SHHHHHH. Having the flex pipe is WAY better then having a solid DP. When the engine twists and the DP dosent, well just think of it, something has to give/brake. Think of what the DP attaches to.....the turbo, you do not want to put any more stress on it then you have to.

Are you using adjustable cam gears? Did you degree in the cams?. With my BC 272 I had a "fun time" degreeing them in and getting the timing set at 10 degrees

Your EGR vacuum modulator nipples look like they are melted. They should not be. Here is a pic of a spair I have. It should be replaced. I dont know if that is causing your problem, but never the less it should be replaced.
