driving your dream car to college isn't as much fun as one might think..
parking WAY in the back .... everyday, hoping no dink parks next to you
the paranoia that goes with wondering if your car will be there after class, insurance is a joke up here... my college was on the main highway...
^god dam I hate toyota canada....
I think my replacement hardware was $96(hats/pins/springs - all of it).... and $120/side cables....
my thought was if I want to drive it for 10+ years these parts will only get harder to find...
I am considering adapting a diffuser from another car to bolt into the front edge of the targa location to split up the air resonance in the rear....
something the targa should have received from factory....
I noticed the same thing with mine, but they looked so close to the OEM I attributed the size difference to 20+years of weight.... crushing them
with the hats on the top the sleeves seemed to have a 1/4" protruding on the top....
^you may have to also remove the rear quarter speaker cage for clearance, or swap over the grills and trim(maybe) the metal cage, the speakers next to rear seats
I guess I had never seen one before, and thought I'd share the link; located in Hamilton Ontario Canada

I'm lucky its not a 1981 (my birth year) otherwise I might...
yeah I think for a season or two, I mean I need to fully assemble the nose section to take measurements for the proper fitting size, and by that time, I'm tired of loosening bolts...
and a custom set up will be easiest to set up after everything has made its way back home

+ pulley = piece of mind that it shouldn't fail for 5-10 years....
during a heat wave, is when cooling systems like to fail....
