looks good! that pic just sold me on what i want....which rubber things are you talking about exactly? that way i can try to change them...also do they make a pillow ball mounts for our cars that arent on coil overs? and would that replace the rubber strut bushings?
hope im not repeating but i think im picking up a vpc and i have a few quick questions....
1. with the VPC installed can i delete the hose from the IACV to the accordian and just run a breather off of the valve itself?
2. with the VPC installed i can then vent my bov to atmosphere?

its sorta obvious....i was playing with those and all it did was make my car idle crazy high cause the return spring doesnt pull it back properly....also it looks like my nylon washers have dissapeared on mine as well....
mine is the same way...i just kinda deal with it though...i figured its either always been this way or its just old and thats how it works now....i would however like to hear a proper answer as well.
actually i just took my timer out do to issues between conflicting alarms and it had four wires and were all in a very similar location....mnracer might have made a good call there. i would look into that

i have the bosch/porche/saab/audi BOV/BPV that i bought at a mazda dealership on mine....i dig it...seems to work well...only real benefit over stock that i can see is its metal internals over the stocks plastic internals...but the stock one is metal outside versus the plastic outside...
its the BOV IMO thats doing it but if your fairly stock it could be your dashpot as well...check the tsrm for adjustment procedure....i think youll find its still the BOV

the autolites run best in mine...i was wearing through the ngks in all different materials...went to the autolights and have no issues with that now....i would rather not use them but i gotta go with what makes the motor happy the longest
ive been trying the search for i dunno a year or so and never come up with results i need...everyone on here says "use the search" but it never works the way i need it to and im sure thats not just me or more people would....it could also be that im an idiot...but search works on every other...
well its a new sound so thats why i thought it worth a new thread....it doesnt persist at all no exageration it probly last 1sec tops....i have had the car a year and know the quarks pretty well but have not had it through a cold winter....just moved to MO from NM....so new quirks make me nervous
