then why in my car do i notice it when its come unplugged at anytime(due to crappy plug)? cold hot luke warm or whatever? is it leading to another problem? like maybe im stuck in open loop or something? or is that even possible?

maybe im not fully understanding here...so your saying that once the car enters closed loop regardless of temp that you can unplug the temp sensor with no effect? i must be miss understanding cause my car simply will not run right without it hooked up no matter what....it runs like an injector...

is the IAT sensor integrated in the AFM? or is it located else where? also what is the little sensor that sits just behind the lower grille area? is that one of the sensors we are referencing here?

thats a good question...do you have pics of the tear? you will most likely have to find a better one and replace it...im sure there are enough part outs going on right now that someone will have an extra......

that tear in the intake pipe is a big deal...that alone could cause you issue....not sure on the cps mines like that too....sounds like the oil leck you have on top of the intake leak could be the issues for sure...fix those and see where your at...

is this "scope" a test that most shops will do and if so can you really trust what they tell you? sounds like i dont have the tools or the skill for that procedure....i forgot about the valves too i bet ive got an issue there also...i have spent much time fixing the stuff that the PO's "shop"...
