the only reason I mention it, is because I went through mine as thoroughly as you seem to be doing yours, and if I did it again I would have taken the extra days to shave the bay...

have you got an engine for this? if you were going to shave the engine bay at all, this would be a great time for mock up... reseal it along with the floor

I used 4 different knives, 2-wood carving, 1-skinning, and a shoe cobblers tool, to scrap it off, then once %85 removed a light touch of the wire wheel to remove left overs leaving just the electro-green coating... then epoxy, then rocker-guard (less texture than gravel guard) then epoxy...

I can't seem to find any photo ala' google, but I recently walked under a DB9, and their undertray/flat floor is one you might consider having a peek-a-boo at for inspiration

^no door or jam/frame did you make your kitchen a walk-out to the garage? if so = awesome... I personally always wanted a glass showroom like wall, to partition the house, or even a window into the next room

no sunoco Ultra94? I was told that stuff is Ethanol free, which is what I use to store cars, no break down of the fuel

you could always buy a passenger seat original in good condition, strip it, get out your hog ring pliers, and use it to re-upholster your ratty drivers seat. I had to do this on my Nissan to get a nice OEM ivory leather drivers seat...

the one with the bent tabs..... on my car that came off the strut.... you can usually tell by trial/error with the length/locations...
