On my old setup(lexAfm/AFC/550's), I started running lean at around 500rwhp too. Not sure if it was because the fuel running out or the AFM maxing out.
For some reason my HKS 40mm wastegate is much louder than my Tial 44mm wastegate. The Tial has a little angle pushing slightly towards the back of the car, while the HKS is pointing straight to the gound.
With that said I want to route mine back into the exhaust, or put a muffler on it.
Nice times, and your car looks great in the pics. Your 1/8th mph is a little low compared to your 1/4 mile mph. I bet a harder launch would get you 120+mph along with better times. That's the fun part about racing, you can always improve.
Nice job Brent.. I remember when you were running high 15's at the track. Now you have a potential 10 second car.
You have a nice simple setup that gets the job done. If your happy, keep it the way it is. If not, standalone and cams would get you even more power and bigger headaches.
/\I am not trying to convince you or anyone else to get a billet turbo. But from the info I have seen, they are the real deal. You do not have to believe me, I'm just an average (MK3) supra owner who has been doing some research on the new PT Billet turbos. All I am suggesting (for whom ever is...
It is not a T61, it's a 67. It looks nice, but the A/R on both housings are small for that size turbo. And as I have always said, the turbo is the one thing I would never cheap out on.
IJ did you even read any of the links I put up there. It is nearly proven that the billet turbos make more power because of the design of the compressor wheel. The stronger billet material allows a smaller inner circle which gives the fins added size even though the outer dimensions are equal...
/\Me too, but there are plenty of threads right now on Supraforums about them. At least two well known tuners are making more power with the billet 6262 than the 67-ptrim.

/\My mistake.. thought it was a bolt-on.
If I was in the market for a turbo I would go right for the Billet PT turbos. The new 6262 will make the power of a 67 with much better spool than the old Ptrim-67.
The GT35R is a much faster spooling turbo than the GT4088. I'm making just under 500rwhp on pump gas on the GT35R with plenty of power to spare with race gas. The GT4088 has a very big turbine wheel which helps power but hurts spool. MK3brent was making 560rwhp on the GT4088 at only 21psi on...
Nice.. Can't wait to see the dyno numbers. I've run up to 24psi with no breakup when my plugs were gapped at .028. Sean suggested to me to get the HKS DLI for high boost. Is your idle rough with it gapped at .021?
I'm seriously thinking about sending my regular GT35R out to get the 62MM billet wheel put on. Right now I'm getting 15psi at 3400rpm in 4th gear with the regular GT35R.
I know an EVO that made 785rwhp with the billet6262 and I believe another EVO made 804rwhp with HTAGT3586. Here you...
