    I ported my stock manifold years ago. Lots of work, not worth it. You could probably make a lot of power with the stock unported manifold, but where do you draw the line on inefficiency.

    I feel sorry for the big turbo supra owners who have to run around on weekends with $16/per gallon C16 race gas in there tank to prove themselves. As for E85, you can get it fairly cheap right now, and be able to run lots of boost, but you will be lucky to get 12mpg on the highway. Sorry...

    3000 GT ignitor wiring for a standalone

    X-man gave me this info when I was having the low load/RPM misfire. Unfortunantly it only went away slightly on my car. I had to go with sequential injection to completely solve the problem.

    Still representing. Nice job! Does anyone know what the fastest 1/4 mile time for an MK3 is? I know there are some 2JZ powered MK3's that are in that ballpark. It would be nice to see the record go to the 7M.

    I've pushed right around 500rwhp at 24psi (on race gas) every time I went to the track over the last 4 years before I built my new forged 7M. And that was with crude AFC tuning. Never could kill that 7M.. I remember Malloy bending a rod at 540+rwhp. But he was trying to run 25psi on pump gas...

    People are bending rods left and right on VQ35DE's(350Z motor) at 450+rwhp on good tunes. While other motors like the S52 found in the 95-99 M3's are taking 700+rwhp on stock internals; Recently a shop owner pushed 800+rwhp on the S52 and finally bent a rod. The 7M is strong just like the S52...

    I believe Will Neely ran 750CC injectors with the VPC years ago. Is the MK3 VPC only available in a 440 and 550 chip?

    "how did they get along with the Lexus AFM?" At the time, I had the 264 cams in which did not get along with the stock ECU, so it's hard to tell. I went with the AEM EMS soon after. You gonna go for some big boost with that GT40 Brent?

    Nitto 555R or BFG Drag Radials

    Don't get the Nitto DR's for the track. The Nitto DR's make a good everyday tire because of there long life compared to other DR's, but they do not have enough grip for big power. I use 255/50/16 BFG's on 300zx rims. They do very well at 500rwhp on a prepped track.
