I took the tranny out of my 1987 supra. It didn't have 1st or 2nd gear. Well i took it apart yesterday and 1st gear shift fork was broken off and 2nd gear shift fork is broken. My question is: does anybody have any r154 tranny parts. Plus I don't know how to tell if the syncros are an good...
Bet it was hard trying to a picture of your car on a sunny day in WA. should I buy this car? 1987 Supra n/a Burgundy. One dent. Oxidized. and half an engine. $500.00
Well I don't know of anybody that sell aftermarket replacement panels. But your best bet is either. Custom. Salvage yard. See if Toyota has replacements. Or buy a donor car. One thing I would never use. But when in doubt BONDO!
really I installed a momo steering wheel and never got my horn to work. I said screw it and used a train horn. I do know how to hook it up. First off you need that original disc that the wires went to behind your wheel.
Just put them on and move them around until you find the correct spot. Most likely on the side where the seatbelt roller hooks up or the floor board somewhere.
Smell the fluid, power steering fluid has a different smell and texture. I would say its you PSP. Or the lines going to and from. I'm dealing with that problem as we speak. But I don't want to bother with it.
Its not about the horsepower. Its what spring you have. Like a 10psi,12psi, and so on. I'm not the guy with that turbo. But I have a HX35W that I can put up for sale. as for quick spool the hy35w comes first then hx35w and the bigger the hot side you go the slower it gets.
