No problem Sean, we'll get your running yet this winter/spring. Well yesterday I put on almost 100 miles and she ran pretty good. The idle right now is between 1000-1400 rpms :( because when the engine is warm I can set the idle around 8-900 but when the engine is cold it is around 450-500...

poo 89 ;) yep the PPS is hooked up and is super easy on idle. I think it is just something I need to get use to in the supra. I updated pics on post #9, new exhaust gaskets, fresh plugs, parts store was out of NGK's so had to install autolights for now :cry:, o-well they wont be in there...

Yersterday I installed new, longer, bolts with nuts for the throttle body, crancked them tight, and no more air leak. Doubled checked everything and she started right up and ran pretty well. I was even able to drive it for the first time in almost 2 years. First I drove it around the block...

Well I have never used a felpro EGR or exhaust gasket. As for the rest of them I have never had have a problem with them in my last 5+ 7M's. As always Toyota are the best gaskets to buy, but some times you can't get them (on a weekend, special order and need it now, off hours, low on cash) and...

Call him, and see what his story is. There are a few nice people left in the world, and some of them owned supras. Almost free parts are always worth it if you have spair box and spot to store them. You never know what you or another broken down supra owner in the area might need. Broken...

+1, Just by some Toyota or Felpro gaskets, and a name brand MHG.

How "hot" do you think the IC piping gets? :nono: It dosent get that hot where you would need to worry about it. The only problem would be the piping getting heat soaked
