Those vents on the fenders are a good idea, How did you make them? And are they functional? Not liking the ones on the bumper so much though, they are too big.

if you just put a check valve between the pump and the tank I would see no reason why you wouldn't be able to keep fuel in it.

If I am using an aem for my 2-step and I cut fuel instead of cutting spark would it neccessarily harm the turbo?
