Been trying to track down all of the boost leaks in my 88 turbo. So far i've replaced intercooler pipes, accordian hose, vacuum hoses, and tightend loose lower/upper intake bolts. This thing had a bunch of leaks. And still does.

I loved my Z32 twinturbo. It was a Stage III+ pushing around 400-450hp. Super fun car. Well built, great driving and handling car. They have their positivies and negatives. Z is not to expensive to upgrade, but you better hope something doesn't break!

I had a similar issue and it turned out to be the master cylinder. It would not release the pressure when you took your foot off the brake. Bled it over and over until I replaced it and it worked fine afterwards.
I just swapped mine out, Taking it out isn't as bad as putting it back in. I used a wobble extension with a 12mm deep socket. Wasn't to bad to get it out. You just have to fish the extension properly.
Putting it back on was a pain. Really hard to get that nut started. Once its started...
You are not looking hard enough. When I look there are way to many options. I spend hours searching and i'm still undecided. But definately going 18 x 8.5 front and 18 x 10 in the rear if I can.
Got my new accordian hose installed today. Definately seems to have solved my problem, BUT since its raining, I still can't push it past 3000rpms!! 8-(
Is that with an open DDP or a recirculated one? I see the dyno chart for the open one definately shows a difference. I meant a recirculated one. I would imagine that it would be. But i'm just guessing.
That would be nice to know. It would help in making a decision on going DDP open, DDP recirculated, or just regular DP.

Thanks for the explanation! Its kinda what I suspected. Probably cracked it when I was testing for boost leaks and putting it back on. Its a bitch to get the AFM, Accordian Hose, and Stock Air Box back on. I'm definately getting an Apexi Intake soon.
