Gas would be the cheapest way to go as it takes quite a bit of cleaner to get the job done. 1 gallon should serve well. Half a gallon, cap off both ends, shake that bitch up bunches, empty. Repeat, let sit if you want on the second run for a good deep soaking. ;)
Oh, well if it's just a rental, then have at it! Just hope that the land lord has everything in line with the mortgage payments, or you will be in the same boat at that place as you are with the house you are currently in ;).
Rental properties are at a high risk of failure if the land lord...
It's the same. The problem over here is many mortgage companies set up deals with potential home owners who really wanted the home of their dreams, but couldn't afford it with the fixed interest rates offered at that time (which are lower then than they are now). So they offered the home owners...
I'm no electrical expert, but maybe the extra voltage from the 16V battery is the culprit... Maybe it fried something: :dunno:
What's up with the armrest? That thing sticks out like a sore thumb ;)
There's no common sense to that statement of yours
The bypass valve's purpose is to seal off positive (boost) pressure from the accordian hose until it senses a drastic change into vacuum, then it will open, allowing the excess pressure built up from the turbo still compressing the air...
Best time in a few months eh? Doubt it, it's most likely going to get a bit worse here.

A shimmed oil pump will not hurt anything on a good, healthy running engine of course. One that already has RK wouldn't matter though. I'd stay around 3-5mm shims personally...
You do know that there can be a huge difference between a 264 cam from one company, and another 264 from another right? Same goes for any measurement cam...

I normally try to help out people with an answer to a question that has been adressed numerous times, but after a while it's time to start saying, "enough is enough, search damn you!".
Are you sending your oil out to a lab to be tested to determine that it's breaking down? A place like Blackstone labs? Or are you just thinking this becuase the oil is getting dark? What oil filter are you using?
If you say this because the oil is getting dark, that means that the oil is...
Yes, the egr cooler. The aftermarket gaskets for them are shit and nothing like the genuine Toyota gasket, get the toyota gasket for it if that is indeed what is leaking back there.
I have one, the vac. ports aren't located exactly in the same positions as the stock accordian hoses are. You will most likely have to get about 6" of rubber hose, cut them into 3 equal lengths, clamp them onto the metal fittings on the stock vac hoses that come out of the accordian hose, and...
