Stainless would be ideal for upper IC piping as it will retain the cooler air longer than AL will... AL pipes off the turbo to the IC, Stainless from the IC to the TB.
You just wasted good money on those iridiums IMO. Cranking up the boost is just going to kill a suspect turbo even faster. Check for boost leaks as that's what I would assume is wrong first.
You do know that only non sport package NA supras came with the 4.30's, right?
Turbos come with 3.71's or 3.93's and a rare 4.10...
