So you are getting rid of both fog lights? Guys, I don't really drive the car that much, let alone at night. Are the fog lights very useful anyways? I've been thinking that the fog light area has been begging for a proper oil cooler for some time now ;).
If you're turbocharged, what's the point of an air duct? A CAI would be moot on a turbo car as the air is compressed, thus heating it up quite a bit. The IC is the cooling part of the intake system...

The first pic I've quoted is indeed the way I was thinking the catch can setup should run, as I've described that picture in words before, yet never recieved a definite "yes" or "no" on if it was the correct way.

For future reference. If the head has been re-torqued, or you suspect it has been, and to the higher torque value that's recommended, DON'T reuse the stock head bolts. Correct?

Your powdercoating looks good. Looks almost like my ceramic coated intak manifold ;).
I don't think the painted heat sheilds will stay that way for long. Mine flaked off and that was with 2000 degree paint.
