all my clips are busted too
like the the actual little clip that clips over the tooth thing to hold it there. mine are still a BIOTCH to pull off so i'd say they are pretty snug.
my car was missing bad under boost only but it just stopped one day for no reason. odd
just use the Pennzoil Platinum. its everywhere Mobil 1 is. 5w30 too. but yea i USED to run 15w50 in my old 7M as did Tissimo until we read the above link and our idea was completely opposite of the truth now he uses GC 0w30 and i use PP 5w30
indeed Tissimo and i found about 15 of them in an AZ in a cracked out part of Miami on the way back from getting some parts. it popped in my head and he was like hell why not? went in there and there was a bunch of it LOL
the stock was cleaned out by Tissimo tho locally so i just use PP 5-30
ditto my dad has taught me just about everything i know. Until i got to Forced Induction. then it was all tissimo from then on.
My dad helps me out alot on my cars, and my mom actually held a tranny for me in my FWD DSM and she also helped me carry the 7M head when the HG popped lol
JDM tails all the way. i wish i would've waited and saved the extra 100 bucks for JDMs over USDMs. the lighter center section is just SUCH an eyesore BLEH
well tissimo had Crower 272 (small cores) so actually 268's and he revved to 7600 on stock springs with no problems.....i think once you go to 272's is when you need new springs and retainers.
i know my seat is broke but its the right wing closest to the console.....it doesn't move and makes me sit crooked as hell. it sux cuz its prolly on repairable. so i need a new one :(
i hear ya bro. im only running 8-9 lbs on my 60-1. granted it wont do nowhere NEAR what your set up will but i still have 440's, walbro, SAFC, and a clutch to buy to get the full benefit. realistcally im looking for 430whp on 18lbs tuned and what not. good luck with your setup and keep us posted...
all i know is i replaced ONE stud on a buddies 89T with ABS and it was a bitch!!. i will buy a new shell before i replace one of those in my car again LOL
not feeling it either. A guy around here has a silver mkiii with the same thing done on his car and it black writing on a silver car and i still dont like it

Bilsteins and eibachs FTW
H&R's are WAY too low IMO. and give you the ride feel like a slammed civic on cut springs where it hops around and bounces a little after every bump. eibachs and bilsteins are my vote.
but if you have a chance to get some H&R's for cheap then i guess do what you...
