pics of block and head pls. also check to make sure the valves are closing properly. might be a piece of junk/old gasket/carbon buildup making a valve leak?
thats a loaded question, one to which there is no real awnser to. basically assume that you wont sell anything off of it, and is the price he wants worth the parts you want, plus its weight as scrap.
also what year? color interior? etc etc.
it can be done, but for the cost, would be cheaper to sell your LHD supra and buy a RHD by the time its all said and done. bout only think you will be able to use from your LHD dash is the ashtray...........
pull the cap off and check the rubber gaskets on it. sounds like its not sealing properly. also a new rad cap is 5 bucks? if it looks bad, try a new one.
salvage some blue carpet from a car at a junkyard? i think the celica's/corollas/camrys all used the same blue around this era, possible even the cressida.
got the VPC and SAFC all wiried in, now i got a AVCR in the mix.
been looking though the digrams and as its a dual grounded unit, do i have to ground them into the ecu wireing? or can i just body ground them?
what ajay said, the NA cam is suspose to give you gains on the GTE side, but as i have a the GE head on my GTE, i dont even feel the difference.
but as its a diff cam, your gonna have to re-shim the one side to match the cam now.
unless your cam is shot, and its only option to get it...
as the shoes are the same, i dont think there would be much diff in hardware either. (ie the drum half of the rotor should be the same on a mk4 as the mk3. ) if not maybe a cressida might be a closer match?
