its a trans problem, flex plate to torque bolt has slacked off it what it sounds like. only way to fix it really is pull the tranny off the torque and remove once you have room, but you may need a new front tranny seal afterwards.
this is true in NA applications. on turbo cars, the turbo creates enough of a restriction that back pressure isnt a problem, as theres enough pre-turbo to make it happy. though the open exaust could be messing with the O2 sensor making it hard now that its cold, though i never had that problem...
id have to see more pics to tell. if the main unibody is bent then it can get real expenisvie fast. but as for swaping the motor etc to another shell, its super easy, as its just unbolt, unplug and switch.
the collant line to the turbo can be looped with hose at the themostat housing aswell, which is common to do when going to a larger turbo that is only oil cooled.
