I had to do mine since when I got the head, all of the parts were in a bag. After I lapped all the valves some of the clearances changed. I would highly reccommend getting a lifter tool to take out the shims. Here it is......

Sounds to me something either rotating like something hitting the timing cover or maybe an injector, spark plug or valve clanking. Just my .02 cents from listening to the video. Maybe a loose bolt in the flywheel.
I used to have my brother hold the spark plug from our mopeds against the engine block while I cranked the engine over to check the spark. He never did learn to trust me after that but it was still pretty funny now that I think of it. He is a surgeon now.
