New? Garrett had this technology for many years now in it's GT series. The compressor housing just doesnt have as cool porting. My GT40-88 has this.

at 6psi, a ssqv recirc isn't going to make a peep. At 6psi, i don't even think the turbo will surge lol

i wouldnt imagine a recirc makes much noise at all
