Unless you're a 1JZ nutswinger and trying to prove something, seriously, save the $$ and just buy a 2JZGTE. You can get them for $1800. To do 800whp, that's hard enough. Even harder when you're down a road that few take.

How does a 1JZ head make install easier? There's no difference electrical connection wise compared to a JDM 2JZGTE head.

75mm exducer. GT4067 us a hybrid turbo, its called a GT40-67 because it has a 67mm inducer wheel from a T67, and a GT40 rear half. If it's really a 75mm turbo, there is something horribly wrong with your motor, because it's making the power of a 67mm on a stock 1jz head lol.

What wiring nightmare? Just use a 1JZGTE harness and ECU on a JDM 2JZGTE. All you need is an SAFC2 with +18 across the board, and runs like stock. Perfect til you go stand alone, single, bigger fuel, etc.

If you search vendors, they sell reducer pipes that fit correctly. Just like 3in to 2 3/4 for the throttle body

I'm going reverse 1.5 just because doing it the 3 liter way just gives you a 2JZGTE with no head flow. Honestly dude, what kind of power are you looking for

Christ, dude for that kinda money just buy a MKIV. You can get tt auto's for 14-16k that are still in better condition then most mkIII's

I figured if I ever blow my motor i'll just drop in an aristo 2jzgte, since my car is already has a working harness for it (1jzgte)

I used a honda accord intake pipe that i slightly modifed when I was stock twins. $20 bucks. Pipe is pipe. Don't confuse yourself thinking a different brand pipe is better then another.

Um... No poop the 2JZGTE head flows more then the 1JZGTE. Why would a 2.5 liter head flow more then a 3.0 liter head? Welcome to the duh

I vote just get a resistance reading off it reading 120*, bypass it, and throw in a resistor from rat shack :)

A Precision GT4067 is 67mm inducer.

He's using HKS 264's. That's probably the difference :) lol Also 5spd R154, blitz ECU and SAFC2, 550's.
