It depends on the wheels and how good of condition they are in as well as tires. If they both look great then go for it. There is a guy selling Chrome TT wheels with almost new khumo SPT tires for $800, that I would definitely pay. Good wheels about $400 then new tires for good wheels with...
Ok this is what I did,
Go and find you some 91-92 door pannels with the 6.5" speaker mounts in them, put some components in there and put a 2 channel amp to them and forget about the rears. I tried several things and ended up giving up on it. The exhaust is loud and the rears you never hear...
Those should work fine! I actually just found some really nice looking Wedsport wheels that I might get, they are lightweight and will fit good, even if I decide to upgrade my brakes. I can fit a 26x10.5x16 tires and be set! They only have a couple left, they are $199 each, I don't know about...
I bent a trailing arm at the track at it felt horrible I thought the rear end was just going to come out with me rolling down the street. So I called a tow truck to come get me and then I just replaced them with Some A1's and they were great until I snapped one in half by the fish eye on the...
You need to get some with atleast a 5" backspacing. Alot of people run the 5.5" backspacing like I do, I have the weld prostars with 5.5" backspacing. I wish they were 5" though because they would be a little more flush. But there is a thread on here with more info on the wheels...
Good Job! in almost any rear wheel drive car over 4k rpms, you will break loose the tires. I have BFG Gforce tires 275/40/17 and I break loose all the time, so that is kinda normal.
Did she buy the Extra warranty? Because any car with Dodge stamped on it I would in a heart beat! But they are a really great place to work for, and will be around for a while at least. I'm going to buy me a truck and car for the wife asap!
Actually I just got a job at carmax as a mgr in training! Now I can get a DD truck for my ht business and parts for a cheap price.
You should come hear my exhaust sometime.
You need to order the premium guages from prosport, not the performance, because the premium has a much better and more reliable sending unit. Also try and wrap it with some heat sheild wrap and you'll be fine.
Dude there is an entire sticky with all different size wheels and tires on the MK3 with all different suspensions. Borhor has done a great job with the thread. If you look on the last page of it, you'll see my car with the info on the wheels and I am stock height as of right now.
Slow,
That is my plan, just to stick with the radials and then get bias ply. I had some one that wanted to buy the tires, that's why I was thinking about getting the ET streets. I just got some IS300 Coils for my ride. How much do you want for your MSD?
The 60-1 wheel is actually a 58mm wheel. So yours should flow more than mine!
I guess I just read over where your turbo is ball bearing, mine is not so there is no need for the restricter. Make sure that you check it from time to time because it tends to get damaged or where the holes in...
Is your Radiator rotted out? Does your coolant change to a different color? Does it have cracks around the top of the radiator? You have an 89+ so it probably has the plastic tops and bottoms look those over really good again. Radiators don't just go out.
There is no restricter in the turbo, it is a piece that goes in between the feed line and the turbo, it just basically extends the feed line. but if you take that off the feed line with bolt right into the top of the center bearing cartridge.
That stupid re stricter cost me 2 rebuilds. Talk...
It depends, I have 660 injectors and a 60-1 Boss turbo. First if your turbo has that stupid oil filter on the feed side get rid of it, over time you will be rebuilding that thing!! I know! I have run 17 psi on a small HKS IC and made 411rwhp. As long as your fuel is right you should have no...
OK, it sounds like you need to just pony up and get a new wiring harness!! I got one and it solved all of my problems!! The not starting up could be as easy as the EFI fuse not being put back in, or you need to wiggle the CPS harness. If you pull the EFI fuse the car will crank but will not...
Try Blurping it and if that doesn't work, do a good long radiator flush and see if that helps. If that doesn't you might have early signs of a BHG. I had a stock 91T that would do the exact same thing overheat with no smoke and not leaking anywhere and it was a BHG. On my 89 I have a HKS hg...
