This brings back old memories. You have mentioned that u replace ur fan clutch to electric fan. Now i'm curious if that fan made to mount at the front of the radiator or at the back. I'm thinking ur blades are running at the wrong direction. have u tried running w/out a thermo?

It's most likely ur secondary turbo has a bad seal already. The smoke settled down after I did the following things; replace the pcv valve,change oil 20/50 synthetic,cleaned ic pipes, and installed oil catchcan at the turbo side. The car has not smoke ever since. T70 is on it's way by this Sep...

You should provably replace ur pvcvalve, located at the top of ur valve cover. It's provably where you have ur catch can hose hook up(breather hole)

I'm using HKS cam gears and I have it set- exhaust,1.5 (+3) and intake at - 0.5 (-1) . This is the most common set up for 1jz cam gears and it made abit of difference to my H.P (dyno).
