ACL makes a better bearing. They offer a Race bearing for 1jz/ and 2jz. That's all I use on all the Kaizen rebuilt JZ's and 7M's. Clevite would be my second choice if i needed to build it in a heart beat and ACL was on back order.

Well most of you know how I feel about numbers when it comes to oils. I have done many miles on Eneos (200K to be exact) and I have bearings that came out of that engine that says otherwise against what others think this oil. I had gone on longer oil change intervals with this oil (5000+ miles)...
I agree with you. I think in the FE engines Toyota did change those parts. In GTE's I dont think they would of done it.

JDM 2jz's make about 340 RWHP and USDM 2jz's with same mods and same boost levels make about 300 RWHP. VVTi's make the same amount of HP as the JDM non VVTi engines But HP and torque is achieved at much lower RPM's. VVTi increased response and gas milage.
