Looks like it been repaired once. I already swapped out the ecu's same problem. But the one i swapped out with started the car a whole lot better than the old one.

Hard time getting it to, but it will idle after a little while.
Soon as you hit the gas its starts to spudder and it turns off.
Also i dont know if this is relevant but on the gas return hose no gas through it if car is running. i dont know if its supposed to thats why im asking...
So if bought a 2jz-ge and bypass tube, head gasket,. is that all i need.i also heard you need to use the timing belt from the 2jz-ge.

OK i have been doin alot of research and reading about other peoples builds of this. im pretty interested in it and would like to do it. im not the richest of guys so i was wondering what the bare minimum of stuff i need to get this done fast as possible. i would like to use as much stuff off...

First things first it runs and it runs fine just some minor details need to be worked out.
(1) Also the car turns turns over and the turns off with the tps plugged in. when its unplugged you can start it
(2) There 3 plugs coming off the the harness thats...
