doing it that way then yes it should work fine. if you are talking about that you already have a JZA70 engine harness and JZA70 ECU, and just want to buy a chaser longblock, then yes everything should work after switching pans. although, why not buy a JZA70 1J?
its the most logical due to space.
once you get the manifold and turbo test fitted on the engine in the bay, you will notice that there's no real option OTHER than 90*
Larger opening on the Turbine housing for the engine to push more air into the turbo. t3 should be fine for making 400hp though.
i prefer the T4 due to when upgrading to a 67 or 71 or the like its just easier to swap the turbo rather than the turbo AND manifold or getting an adapter welded to...
yea thats almost the SAME spec as mine. it rides the hell out. on 15 psi tuned im maxing out my 440's, or coming close to it. it MIGHT be my fuel pump though but who knows.
i love my 60-1 but would still like to get a 67 later :)
he means Flush, the offset of the wheels don't make them sit flush.
i have them on my car and the fronts need spacers to look perfect. but they fit without issues.
and 800$ is expensive for stock wheels. i would've got ADR M-Sports or something instead.
yea the PnP harness has an extra pin that my factory harness doesn't have.
you were right. just got home at 1am and grounded the purple wire and BOOM TTworks now.
i LOVE THIS THING.
boost gauge works flawlessly. lap timer, turbo timer, and a buncha other stuff.
DOPE
Anyone else have this????
its the new one with the box and the remote display to mount it anywhere.
i got a Greddy PnP harness from a buddy of mine and just hooked it up. Boost reading and lap timer and EVERYTHING works except the turbo timer itself. i have tried everything and the friggin...
i think you did good. Bronze TE-37's are my favorite wheel ever, but skinny and no concave makes them look HIDEOUS!
i'd probably rather have TT MKIV wheels than the flat faced TE's
good choice man!
thermistor?? do you mean the temp sensor in the radiator????
if so the ones from the camry's will work.
can't remember what year camry, but i know one works.
depends on the position of the turbo
the turbo can be clocked different ways. mine is a 90 as well as a few people on here, but i have also seen some with a 45* elbow on it.
9 times out of 10 it will be a 90 though.
well when its on the block it should be completely clear which one needs to be removed.
i want to say it the one on the front near the tstat housing. that corner right there.
its been awhile since i've done one ;)
